The present invention provides a composition for inhibiting the expression of a target gene comprising peptide nucleic acid and polyethylene glycol-engrafted graphene oxide, a method for inhibiting the expression of the target gene using the same, and a method for in vivo delivery of a peptide nucleic acid using the same. The composition for inhibiting the expression of the target gene comprising the peptide nucleic acid and polyethylene glycol-engrafted graphene oxide of the present invention can be effectively used as the method for inhibiting the expression of the target gene using the same, and the method for in vivo delivery of a peptide nucleic acid using the same.본 발명은 펩티드 핵산 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 접합된 산화 그래핀 입자를 포함하는 표적 유전자 발현 억제용 조성물, 이를 이용한 표적 유전자의 발현 억제 방법 및 이를 이용한 펩티드 핵산의 생체내 전달 방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 펩티드 핵산 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 접합된 산화 그래핀 입자를 포함하는 표적 유전자 발현 억제용 조성물은 표적 유전자 전달 분야에서 이를 이용한 표적 유전자의 발현 억제 방법 및 이를 이용한 펩티드 핵산의 생체내 전달 방법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
