This creation provides a kind of drop delivery pipe connected structure,The outer syringe needle of its remaining needle has one first needle portion and one first head,First head has a groove and an opening,And there is an internal thread part in what groove,And interior syringe needle has one second needle portion and one second head； And stilligout one end has one to plug end,Another end has an abutting end,The end of abutting end has an external thread part,And external thread part is set with a cover cap,When syringe needle separates and exposes groove in outer syringe needle what,Abutting end can push lid aside to expose external thread section,And the internal thread part of syringe needle outside what is spirally connected with external thread part and is fixed with outer syringe needle,Thereby constitute this creation.本創作提供一種點滴輸送管接合結構，其留置針的外針頭具有一第一針部與一第一頭部，第一頭部具有一凹槽及一開口，且於凹槽中具有一內螺紋部，而內針頭具有一第二針部與一第二頭部；而點滴管一端具有一插設端，另端具有一接合端，接合端的端部具有一外螺紋部，並以一蓋體蓋設外螺紋部，當外針頭於內針頭拆離而露出凹槽時，接合端可撥開蓋體以露出外螺紋段，且以外螺紋部螺接於外針頭之內螺紋部而與外針頭固定，藉此構成本創作。
