The object of the present invention is to provide a novel and useful vitamin D 3 derivative which does not have much effect on the systemic calcium metabolism while retaining an excellent vitamin D 3 activity. The present invention may include a 9,10-secopregnane derivative represented by the following general formula [1] and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient.
