FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to probing and event detection, particularly to swallowed event markers. Electronic device, which is an identifier which uses electromagnetic energy to transmit a signal which displays a probing or detecting event, comprises a control device, an excitation circuit connected to the control device, wherein the excitation circuit is configured to vary electrical conductivity and comprises: cross-coupled transistors, and a capacitor connected between drains of cross-coupled transistors, a power supply of reduced power, connected to a control device, which is configured to supply potential difference to the control device and drive circuit, which is formed when the low power supply source comes into contact with the current conducting liquid, wherein the reduced power supply source comprises: a first material electrically connected to the control device, and a second material electrically connected to the control device and galvanically isolated from the first material, and an inductor connected to the drive circuit, wherein the drive circuit is configured to conduct current through the inductor, wherein the inductor is connected between drains of cross-coupled transistors and the value of current passed through the inductor is varied to generate an encoded signal which is remotely detected by the receiver. In the second embodiment of the electronic device, the reduced power supply source is configured to supply the potential difference to the control device and the drive circuit, which is formed when low-power supply source enters into contact with current-conducting liquid, inductor is connected to excitation circuit, which is configured to transmit current through inductor, wherein the value of the current passed through the inductor is varied to generate an encoded signal which is remotely detected by the receiver, and the electronic switch comprises first and second terminals a
