The ostomy device further comprises elements (10, 12, 16) provided with means (18, 48, 78, 80) configured to be detachably attached to the attachment ring, and comprises a shield (60) provided with a blocking element (16) for blocking the stoma (20), wherein the blocking element is shaped and configured to be brought into engagement with a collecting element (28) and a therein placed distal part of the stoma.
