This invention also provides a method of treating, suppressing, inhibiting, or preventing nasal polyps in a subject comprising the step of administering to a subject a compound comprising a lipid or phospholipid moiety bond to a physiologically acceptable monomer, dimer, oligomer, or polymer, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a pharmaceutical product thereof.
