PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow maintaining type blood vessel endoscope system capable of acquiring a clear observation image with a widened observation visual field, and acquiring an image of a satisfactory visual field angle range even when a catheter body part moves in a forward and backward direction or tilts in an external cylinder.SOLUTION: A blood flow maintaining type blood vessel endoscope system includes a catheter body part having an image fiber and a light guide fiber, and an external cylinder of a probing catheter provided by covering the image fiber and the light guide fiber.
