PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topping material for a retort pasta sauce consisting of dry ingredients and capable of preserving a bright green color even after having been preserved over an extended period and a bottled pasta sauce including the same.SOLUTION: The provided topping material for a retort pasta sauce is a topping material for retort pasta sauce including dry ingredients having sizes of at least 1 mm. The dry ingredients include green and at least one other color selected from among 10 hues of the Munsell hue cycle, black, and white, and the water content of the green dry ingredient(s) is 6% or less.
