IMPROVED METHOD FOR GENERATING AN IMAGE OF THE MORPHOLOGY AND CELLULAR ELEMENTS OF A SPECIMEN OR IN VIVO TISSUE BY MEANS OF OPTICAL HIGH RESOLUTION COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY
A method for generating an image from within an optical scattering specimen by means of an optical coherence tomography imaging step (OCT) wherein the OCT step is preceded by pre-treating said specimen by subjecting it directly to a flash illumination within a wavelength range of 950 - 1250 nm.Linvention concerne un procédé permettant de générer une image provenant de lintérieur dun échantillon de dispersion optique au moyen dune étape dimagerie par tomographie en cohérence optique (OCT), létape de tomographie OCT étant précédée par un prétraitement dudit échantillon en le soumettant directement à un éclairage par flash dans une plage de longueurs donde allant de 950 à 1250 nm.
