PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a defect of a pixel for detecting a radiation dose with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A defect of a pixel for detecting a radiation dose is determined on the basis of a defect occurrence status of a pixel for photographing a radiation image in the periphery of the pixel for detecting a radiation dose. To be concrete, when the pixel for photographing a radiation image in the periphery of the marked pixel for detecting a radiation dose is a defective pixel, the marked pixel for detecting a radiation dose is determined to be also a defective pixel.
