Seeds batcher comprises housing and dispensing element installed with possibility of rotation inside housing. Dispenser is made in form of cup-shaped housing with base part, from which side wall with inner and outer surfaces is extending. At that, side wall has end section adjoining to side wall outer edge. In edge section there is an annular group of holes, which pass through side wall between inner and outer surfaces. At that, during dispenser rotation separate seeds from seeds margin, which is located in lower part of dispenser, adhere to holes on side wall inner surface. Side wall inner surface and housing form chute in dosing element lower part for holding the margin of seeds. Dosing element side wall inner surface in chute is directed at an angle between 5° and 75° relative to vertical vector directed upwards on side wall outer edge.
