The present invention relates to a method for preparing a culture solution extract of Ceriporia lacerata mycelium and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetic complications prepared by the above preparation method. According to the method for preparing an extract of a culture solution of Ceriporia lacerata mycelium of the present invention, exopolysaccharide is contained in the extract as compared with the conventional preparation method according to the prior art by the present inventors. By being contained in a higher content, it can be applied as a pharmaceutical composition for diabetic diseases or a material for related functional foods.
