PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly ensure the cleaning level of an endoscope to obtain a sufficient disinfection effect.SOLUTION: A system 30 for cleaning and disinfecting an endoscope decides whether the cleaning level of the endoscope 12 satisfies a predetermined standard by a cleaning evaluation means 58 after the cleaning of the endoscope 12 housed in a cleaning tank is performed. In a case that it is decided that the cleaning level of the endoscope 12 satisfies no predetermined standard, the endoscope 12 is re-cleaned by a different method.
