The present invention is related to a producing method of a degradation postponable polymer-based composite having steps of: fining cellulose crystal particles in to cellulose nano-crystal particles uniformly blending a poly butylene succinate-co-adipate (PBSA), cellulose or derivatives thereof and the cellulose nano-crystal particles to form the degradation postponable polymer-based composite. The cellulose nano-crystal particles may improve mechanical properties of the present invention. The present invention is made of nature materials. Therefore, the present invention is totally degradable for the environment. The cellulose or cellulose derivatives may form a protecting outer layer to postpone the degradation rate of the present invention.一種可延緩降解速率之高分子複合材料之製造方法,其步驟包含:奈米化一纖維素結晶顆粒得一奈米化纖維素結晶顆粒;將己二酸丁二酯共聚物85wt%~95wt%、纖維素或其衍生物5wt%~15wt%以及該奈米化纖維素結晶顆粒0.5wt%~2wt% 融熔混練;本發明添加奈米化纖維素結晶顆粒於PBSA中,可增加其高分子機械操作特性,且材料來源為天然材料,使用後亦可在自然界中分解,避免造成環境破壞;本發明之CAB不易被環境中微生物酵素所分解,故CAB於融熔混練時會在PBSA全部或部分表面形成一保護層,達到延緩PBSA被環境中酵素分解的效果,使本發明之農用披覆膜得以符合農用披覆週期。
