The present invention is a hearing aid capable of a self-hearing test and self-fitting, and a self-fitting system using the same. The self-hearing test and self-fitting system using the hearing aid includes: a signal generation unit which receives a command from an external terminal and enables a receiver to generate a signal having a constant frequency and a fixed size； a hearing storage unit which receives audibility of the signal generated from the signal generation unit from the external terminal and stores user hearing； and a fitting unit which adjusts output of a sound according to the user hearing. The self-fitting and self-hearing test system realizes accurate hearing measurement by directly measuring the user hearing through the hearing aid and includes the hearing aid enabling frequent hearing measurement with ease and having the fitting of the hearing aid automatically adjust according to the user hearing and a control terminal including the hearing aid, a connection detecting unit, a hearing examination unit, and an accurate fitting unit, thereby enabling more accurate adjustment of sound for the hearing aid.본 발명은 셀프 청력검사 및 피팅이 가능한 보청기 및 이를 이용한 셀프 청력검사 및 피팅 시스템에 관한 것으로, 외부단말기로부터 명령을 받아 리시버가 일정 주파수를 갖는 일정 크기의 신호를 발생할 수 있도록 하는 신호발생부와, 신호발생부로부터 발생되는 신호의 가청여부를 외부단말기로부터 수신하여 사용자의 청력을 저장하는 청력저장부와 사용자의 청력에 따라 소리의 출력을 조정하는 피팅부를 포함하여, 보청기를 통해 직접 사용자의 청력을 측정하여 정확한 청력측정이 이루어지도록 하고, 수시로 용이하게 청력 측정을 실시할 수 있도록 하며, 사용자의 청력에 따른 보청기의 피팅이 자동으로 이루어지도록 하는 보청기와, 상기 보청기 및 연결감지부, 청력검사부, 정밀피팅부를 포함하는 제어단말기를 포함하여, 사용자의 청력을 기준으로 더욱 정확한 보청기 소리의 조절이 가능하도록 하는 셀프 청력검사 및 피팅 시스템에 관한 것이다.
