The method is devised for preparation bioactive hydrolysate, which has inhibited body weight activity from porcine liver. Livers were obtained from a slaughter house and via homogenization, heating by water bath, and cooling with flowing water. The sample were then digested for 2-4 h by Papain, Alcalase and Protease N. The enzymatic hydrolysis was terminated by heating, collected and centrifuged, lyophilized, and gathered the hydrolysate which have Cholecystokinin (CCK) secretion activity to inhibit food intake, then inhibits body weight. This invention will bring benefits to increase the additional value of porcine liver and reduce the porcine slaughter house waste.本發明為一種自豬肝製備具抑制體重增加水解產物之方法,其係取豬隻屠宰分切後之豬肝,經加水絞碎混合、水浴加熱、流水冷卻、加入酵素(Papain、Alcalase、Proease N)進行水解2-4小時、水浴加熱以停止酵素反應、流水冷卻、離心機進行分離、濾紙過濾及乾燥所製成,而獲取可單獨使用或添加於食品中之刺激膽囊收縮素分泌以抑制採食量,進而抑制體重之水解產物者。本發明可提升豬肝之附加價值,減少豬肝廢棄之污染。
