PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth diaper, which can reduce the time required for washing and drying as compared with a cloth diaper of cotten fabrics and be properly used between a mode of hardly giving a discomfort to a wearer and a mode of giving a discomfort to the wearer in absorbing urine.SOLUTION: There is provided a cloth diaper sewn using a cloth fabric 10 woven by a warp 12 and a weft 13. Of the warp 12 and the weft 13, one is a yarn having water absorptivity, and the other is a yarn having water absorptivity lower than that of the one. In a first face of the cloth fabric 10, surface occupancy of the yarn having lower water absorptivity is higher than that of the yarn having water absorptivity, and in a second face of the cloth fabric 10, the surface occupancy of the yarn having water absorptivity is higher than that of the yarn having lower water absorptivity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】綿製織物の布おむつに較べて洗濯や乾燥にかかる時間を短縮することができ、且つ尿吸収時に着用者に不快感を与え難い態様と不快感を与える態様とを使い分けることのできる布おむつを提供する。【解決手段】経糸12及び緯糸13により織られた布生地10を使って縫製された布おむつであって、経糸12及び緯糸13のうちのいずれか一方は吸水性を有する糸であり、他方は一方の糸よりも吸水性が低い糸であり、布生地10の第1面は吸水性を有する糸よりも吸水性が低い糸の表面占有率が高く、布生地10の第2面は吸水性が低い糸よりも吸水性を有する糸の表面占有率が高い。【選択図】図2
