PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized an inexpensive fluorescence observation unit capable of accurately diagnosing by observing fluorescence which is emitted from an affected part which is suspected to be positive.SOLUTION: A fluorescence observation unit comprises: a light source part for radiating an excitation light to an affected part which is suspected to be positive on an observation portion in inside of a hollow organ whose outer surface opening part is extended by inserting an extension member a light reception part for receiving the fluorescence emitted from the affected part which is suspected to be positive when the excitation light is radiated to the affected part which is suspected to be positive and a cylindrical shading member for shading an optical path from a surface on the light reception part side on the extension member to the light reception part. The excitation light is guided to the affected part which is suspected to be positive through insides of the shading member and extension member, the fluorescence is guided to the light reception part through insides of the extension member and shading member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】被疑陽性患部から射出される蛍光を観察することで精度よく診断することが可能な、小型且つ低廉な蛍光観察ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】蛍光観察ユニットは、拡張部材が挿入されることによって外表面開口部が拡張された中空器官の内側の観察部位における被疑陽性患部に対して励起光を照射する光源部と、被疑陽性患部に励起光が照射されることで当該被疑陽性患部から発せられる蛍光を受光する受光部と、拡張部材における受光部側の面から受光部までの光路を遮光する筒状の遮光部材とを備える。励起光は、遮光部材の内側、及び拡張部材の内側を通じて被疑陽性患部に導かれ、蛍光は、拡張部材の内側、及び遮光部材の内側を通じて受光部に導かれる。【選択図】 図2
