PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perceive a coarse or dense state of a rice sheet while manufacturing a rolled sushi.SOLUTION: A rice sheet fed from a rice sheet feed opening 11 of a longitudinal measure part 1c of a continuous laver rolled sushi-molding machine M1 is directly transferred on a belt B1 of a measuring conveyor 3a disposed directly under the rice sheet feed opening 11. The measuring conveyor 3a is provided with a weight-measuring device 20 for measuring a weight of the rice sheet, and a thickness-measuring device 30 for measuring a thickness of the rice sheet. As an approximate specific gravity per unit length can be thereby calculated using measured values of a weight and a thickness of the rice sheet R, a coarse or dense state of rice grains in the rice sheet (whether rice grains are dense or coarse) can easily perceived.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】巻寿司製造中の米飯シートの粗密状態を把握する。【解決手段】連続海苔巻き成形機M1の縦計量部1cのシャリシート供給口11から供給されたシャリシートは、シャリシート供給口11の直下に配置された計量コンベア3aのベルトB1上に直接移載される。計量コンベア3aには、シャリシートの重さを計測する重量計測装置20と、シャリシートの厚さを計測する厚み計測装置30とが設置されている。これにより、シャリシートRの重さと厚さとの計測値を用いて、単位長さ当たりの大凡の比重を算出することができるので、シャリシート中の米粒の粗密状態(米粒が詰まり気味なのか、スカスカなのか)を容易に把握することができる。【選択図】図3
