PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-agent type and three-agent type hair conditioners which have good stability with time in an aqueous type containing methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and a persistent effect to the hair and a hair conditioning method.SOLUTION: The two-agent type hair conditioner includes (A) a first agent containing two or more amino modified silicones in the aqueous type or nonaqueous type and (B) a second agent containing methyl hydrogen polysiloxane, a higher alcohol having a 14-22C straight-chain alkyl group, a surface active agent, a pH adjustor, and water and having a pH of 2-6.8 in the aqueous type, and the first agent and thereafter the second agent are applied to the hair in the order named.
