PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic methods comprising a biological activity effective for inhibiting coagulation, because various diseases are associated with coagulation, disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome (DIC) attributed to large-scale activation of a coagulation system affects septic shock, and coagulopathy is also thought to be partly a cause of cardiovascular disease.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition used for anticoagulation comprises a compound represented by formula (I) as a parent form, or an isomer thereof or a salt, ester or solvate thereof.
