A hemostatic pad comprising: a) a bioabsorbable scaffolding material； b) lyophilized thrombin powder, c) lyophilized fibrinogen powder, and d) meltable binder powder, wherein said thrombin and fibrinogen powders are disposed in the bioabsorbable scaffolding material and the meltable binder powder binds the thrombin powder to the fibrinogen powder with the bioabsorbable scaffolding material, and wherein the meltable binder is polyethylene glycol polymer having an average molecular weight of 1000 to 20,000 Daltons.Una almohadilla hemostática que comprende: a) un material de andamiaje bioabsorbible； b) polvo de trombina liofilizado, c) polvo de fibrinógeno liofilizado, y d) polvo aglutinante fundible, en donde dichos polvos de trombina y fibrinógeno están dispuestos en el material de andamiaje bioabsorbible y el polvo aglutinante fundible enlaza el polvo de trombina el polvo de fibrinógeno con el material de andamiaje bioabsorbible, y en donde el aglutinante fundible es polímero de polietilenglicol que tiene un peso molecular medio de 1000 a 20.000 Daltons.
