PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sterilization effect using electron beams from being degraded due to the dew condensation of a container 2.
SOLUTION: A container carrier 24 is provided inside a sterilization box 18, the container 2 carried in from the outside is carried and introduced to an irradiation chamber 30, and the container 2 is irradiated with the electron beams from an electron beam irradiation device 28 and sterilized. Though there is the risk of the dew condensation of the container 2 carried in from the outside since a temperature inside the sterilization box 18 is elevated by irradiation with the electron beams, the dew condensation is not caused on the container 2 since a container heating means is provided on the upstream side of the sterilization box 18, the temperature of the container 2 is raised and then it is introduced to the sterilization box 18.
