PURPOSE: A perforating apparatus capable of preventing damage to a perforation pin is provided to prevent the generation of noise or friction between the perforation pin and a projection control unit. CONSTITUTION: A perforating apparatus comprises the following: a lifting block(20) including a hollow unit(21) with an opening on the upper side, coupled to a body(10) to be lifted； a lifting unit(30) lifting the lifting block； a perforation pin(40) fitted in a through-hole of the lifting block to be slid； a projection control unit(50) projecting the inner end of the perforation pin to the inside of the hollow unit by the lifting of the lifting block； a plurality of inclined guide(53) arranged such that the upper or lower side thereof is provided to be adjacent to the lifting block； a plurality of sliding blocks(54) coupled to the outer end of the perforation pin； a lifting panel(31) connected to the lifting block using a connection rod(31a)； and a crank device(32) connected to the lifting panel and a drive motor(33).본 발명은 식재료에 다수개의 구멍을 형성하는 타공장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 타공장치는 몸체(10)에 구비된 경사가이드(53)에 슬라이딩블록(54)이 슬라이딩가능하게 결합되고, 상기 슬라이딩블록(54)에 타공핀(40)의 외측단이 결합되어, 승강블록(20)의 승강시 상기 슬라이딩블록(54)이 경사가이드(53)를 따라 승강되면서 타공핀(40)이 승강블록(20)의 중공부(21) 내부로 출몰되도록 한다.따라서, 스프링(52)에 의해 타공핀(40)의 외측단이 경사면(41)에 밀착되어 마모되거나 휘어질 수 있는 종래의 타공장치와 달리, 타공핀(40)과 출몰조절수단(50) 사이에 마모 또는 그에 따른 소음이 발생되거나 타공핀(40)에 큰 모멘트가 가해져 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
