PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible film producing device and an edible film packaging device which form a soft edible film having a predetermined shape or size from an original edible film in which an edible tape is detachably laminated on one side of a band-shaped carrier tape.SOLUTION: The edible film producing device comprises first and second half cutting mechanisms 10, 20 and a detaching mechanism 40. The first half cutting mechanism 10 continuously produces the edible film on a carrier tape 102 by creating a cut for making corner on the edible tape at a fixed interval while the first half cutting mechanism 10 sandwiches an original edible film 100. The detaching mechanism 40 detaches the edible film from carrier tape 102. The edible film packaging device comprises a suction drum 50 which absorbs the edible film detached from the carrier tape 102.
