The present invention relates to a bag for disposing of companion animal excrement for simply and hygienically disposing of excrement when a dog poops on the road. According to a preferred embodiment, the bag comprises a lower inner cover (10) comprising paper which has the same raw materials of toilet paper； an upper outer cover (20) comprising a plastic bag form which is detachably attached to the outside of the inner cover (10), and a slit (22) which is formed on a central portion of the upper outer cover (20). The bag can hygienically dispose of excrement by holding up and turning the upper outer cover in order that the inner cover comes into contact with excrement while tearing a paper by putting a hand into the upper outer cover.본 발명은 애완견이 길바닥에 용변을 보았을 경우 이를 간편하고 위생적으로 처리하기 위한 반려동물용 배설물 처리 봉투에 관한 것인바, 바람직한 실시 예에서는 화장지 원료와 동일한 종이로 이루어진 하부 내피(10)와, 상기 내피(10)의 외측에 분리가능하게 부착되는 비닐 봉투 형태로 이루어진 상부 외피(20)로 이루어져 있고, 상기 상부 외피(20)의 중간부에는 손을 넣어 파지하기 위한 슬릿(22)이 형성되어 손을 상부 외피에 넣어 파지한 상태에서 내피가 배설물에 접촉하도록 하여 쥐어 올리고 상부 외피를 뒤집어주는 것에 의해 배설물을 봉투 형태의 외피에 담아 위생적으로 처리할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
