PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device, a radiation image photographing method, and a radiation image photographing program capable of reducing a work burden on a user involved in setting of a photographing condition.SOLUTION: A derivation part 28 derives a photographing condition corresponding to virtual grid characteristics (grid ratio) received by a reception part 26 based on a table stored in a storage part 30. The derivation part 28 sets the derived photographing condition to a radiation source control part 22. The radiation source control part 22 controls a radiation source 18 according to the set photographing condition and photographs a radiation image. An execution part 32 of an image processing device 12 acquires the radiation image photographed by a radiation detector 20 through a detector control part 24. The execution part 32 subjects the acquired radiation image to virtual grid processing based on the virtual grid characteristics received by the reception part 26, and the photographing condition derived by the derivation part 28, generates a radiation image with an influence of a scattered ray removed, and causes a display part 36 to display the radiation image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
