The device for charging the fixed amount of whipping cream, according to the present invention, comprises: an accommodation part mounted on a table and having a cylinder for accommodating whipping cream to be filled in the dough a pressing part having a pressing ram for intermittently pressing the whipping cream accommodated in the cylinder and a charging part having a silicone hose for guiding the discharge of the whipping cream pressed by the pressing ram, and a roller pump for pressing the whipping cream filled in the silicone hose to release the same in the fixed amount.
