The claimed subject matter relates to medical devices, more particularly, to an X-ray, namely, to the structure of the main chain of X-ray generators, which are equipped with X-ray machines for medical purposes. The aim of this work is to develop X-supply device with inverter operating in the range 100-125 kHz. The technical result of the utility model is expressed in enabling operation at higher frequencies up to 125 kHz, X-feed devices for IGBT-inverter transistors. This is achieved in that the X-feed device comprising a series connection of the power rectifier, a high-frequency inverter constructed by a half bridge circuit having two groups of IGBT-transistors connected in parallel, working on the resonant circuit with a frequency-modulated with the master oscillator, a high voltage transformer and a high voltage rectifier, the inductance of the resonant circuit consists of three inductances L 1, L 2, L 3, and the inductance L 1 = L 2 and connected in series between Emmett ramie and the collectors of the first and second groups of transistors IGBT-resonant circuit and the inductance L 5 is connected between the point of interconnection inductance, L 2 and feedthrough capacitor in a chain running at a high voltage transformer.Заявляемый объект относится к медицинской технике, точнее к рентгеновской, а именно, к конструкции главной цепи рентгеновских генераторов, которыми комплектуются рентгенодиагностические аппараты медицинского назначения. Целью настоящей работы является разработка рентгеновского питающего устройства с инвертором, работающем в диапазоне 100-125 кГц. Технический результат полезной модели выражается в обеспечении возможности работы на более высоких частотах, до 125 кГц, рентгеновских питающих устройств с инвертором на IGBT-транзисторах.
