The invention relates to medicine, specifically to physiotherapy devices in the form of a needle applicator intended for exerting a physiotherapeutic effect on reflexogenic zones of the human body. The present applicator includes an elastic applicator base of a given spacial configuration and reflex effecting elements provided on the applicator base, wherein the reflex effecting elements are in the form of reflex effecting nodes. Each reflex effecting node includes needles having different electrochemical potentials.
