PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary absorbent article for effectively increasing the amount of body fluid absorbed of an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.
SOLUTION: The auxiliary absorbent article 1 is constituted by holding an absorbent body 4 between a surface sheet 3 and a back surface sheet 2 and also used by superimposition on the front surface of the absorbent article. The surface sheet 3 and the back surface sheet 2 are made of nonwoven fabrics respectively having hydrophilicity. An absorbent body penetration portion 6 penetrating from the surface side to the back surface side is formed in the absorbent body 4, where the surface sheet 3 and the back surface sheet 2 are joined directly or via the enclosure material 5 of the absorbent body.
