PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch instrument for preventing tendovaginitis, an instrument capable of stretching for the purpose of preventing the onset of tendovaginitis by a suitable expanding/contracting force conveniently by anyone including the elderly in accordance with the physique, age, sex, etc..SOLUTION: A stretch instrument comprises: a pair of mitten bodies 2, 3 for inserting the entire hands an elastic band member 5 which connects the mitten tip ends with each other of the mitten bodies 2, 3 a band fixing member 6 for adjusting the length of the band member 5 by fixing in a manner clipping a part of the band member 5 and a connecting member 4 that is fixed between the mitten tip ends of the mitten bodies 2, 3 and the tip end of the band member 5 and that connects the mitten bodies 2, 3 rotatably relative to the band member 5.
