The generation unit sets the viewpoint and the line-of-sight direction in the three-dimensional medical image data, and generates the two-dimensional first medical image data from the three-dimensional medical image data. The generation unit is a two-dimensional second portion in which the display mode of the first portion on the side opposite to the viewpoint side in the line-of-sight direction of the structure drawn in the two-dimensional first medical image data and the second portion on the viewpoint side are different. 2 Generate medical image data.
