PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care vehicle 1 capable of improving traveling stability irrespective of the height of a sitting person if a caregiver wants to improve the traveling stability on a bad road or a slope, and traveling with good steerability on a flat road.SOLUTION: The care vehicle 1 includes: a front frame 3 in which a pair of front wheels 31 are fixed on the lower portion, a sitting frame 22 and a backrest frame 21 are attached on the upper portion a rear frame 4 in which a pair of rear wheels 41 are fixed to the lower portion and a coupling portion 5 for coupling the front frame 3 to the rear frame 4.
