PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of: incapability, in a wearable cooler using evaporation heat, of avoiding rise of humidity caused by a structure thereof incapability, in a wearable cooler performing only neck cooling, of obtaining an efficient cooling effect caused by a disturbance of a heat radiation effect using perspiration evaporation heat because of excessive suppression of perspiration caused by occurrence of cold stimulation and difficulty, in cooling using a conventional Peltier element, of efficient heat exchange caused by performing electrification even when the Peltier element cannot effectively absorb heat because of difficulty in heat absorption management of the Peltier element.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A personal cooler for performing efficient cooling using only easily obtainable power by ejecting dry cool air in an armpit direction is constituted by: a Peltier element a cooling fin an air sending fan and a wearable body structure. In order to efficiently perform heat exchange of a Peltier element using little power, a personal cooler is configured to perform control using a simple switching method for turning ON/OFF electrification to the Peltier element using a temperature of a radiation fin connected to the Peltier element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】気化熱を利用したウェアラブルクーラーは仕組み上湿度の上昇が避けられず頸部冷房のみを行うウェアラブルクーラーは寒冷刺激が起きて発汗が過度に抑えられることにより、発汗気化熱による放熱効果の阻害が起き効率的な冷房効果を得られなかった。また、従来のペルチェ素子を用いた冷却では、ペルチェ素子の吸熱管理が難しく、ペルチェ素子が有効に吸熱ができない場合においても通電させることで効率的な熱交換が困難であった。【解決方法】ペルチェ素子と冷却フィンと送風用ファンとウェアラブルな本体構造により腋窩方向への乾燥した冷風噴出で入手の容易な電力のみで効率的な冷房を行うパーソナルクーラーを構成している。また、ペルチェ素子の熱交換を少ない電力で効率よく行うため、ペルチェ素子に接続した放熱フィンの温度にて、ペルチェ素子への通電をオン、オフする簡便なスイッチング方式にてコストを抑えつつ制御を行うパーソナルクーラーを構成している。【選択図】図1
