PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a formed prosthesis by emitting light from a plurality of kinds of point light sources in which wavelengths of the emitted light vary.SOLUTION: A third light source 33 is provided with a first LED group 610 comprising a plurality of long-wavelength LEDs 61 on an opening side of a storage chamber. A second LED group 620 comprising a short-wavelength LEDs 62 is arranged in the deeper side of the storage chamber than the first LED group 610. When a table 23 rotates, a light irradiation body on the table 23 alternately passes below the first LED group 610 and below the second LED group 620. When the light irradiation body passes below the first LED group 610, long-wavelength light centrally acts on the light irradiation body, and when the light irradiation body passes below the second LED group 620, short-wavelength light centrally acts on the light irradiation body.
