Проводят ушивание медиальных краев прямых мышц живота от мечевидного отростка до нижней трети гипогастральной области. Грыжевое выпячивание с грыжевым содержимым погружают в брюшную полость. Сетчатый имплантат с формированием окна под пупочную ножку устанавливают на апоневроз в зону пупочного кольца, фиксируют П-образными швами из никелид-титановой нити к апоневрозу и в зоне перехода пупочной ножки в апоневроз прямых мышц живота.
