PURPOSE: A therapeutic material containing bone morphogenetic proteins and heparin is provided to promote differentiation of stem cells into osteoblast. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic material contains bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) and heparin. A therapeutic material contains human recombinant BMP(rhBMP-2) and heparin. The concentration of the rhBMP-2 and heparin is 100 ng/mL to 10 ug/mL and 0.01 ug/mL to 50ug/mL. A method for manufacturing the material comprises: a step of diluting 200ng/mL of pure rhBMP-2 protein in a serum-free alpha-MEME medium； and a step of adding 0.3-60 ug/mL of heparin to the medium.본 발명은 골형성단백질(Bone morphogenetic proteins)에 일정량의 헤파린(heparin)을 혼합하여 형성된 치료 물질에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 골 유도(osteoinduction) 및 줄기 세포(stem cell)의 조골 세포(osteoblast)로의 분화를 촉진하는 골 형성 단백질 및 헤파린을 함유하는 치료 물질에 관한 것이다. 상기 골형성 단백질 및 상기 헤파린의 혼합에 있어서, 상기 골형성 단백질의 농도는, 100 ng/mL 이상 10 ㎍/mL이하이고, 상기 헤파린의 농도는, 0.01 ㎍/mL 이상 50 ㎍/mL 이하인 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
