PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen water supply apparatus that easily supplies hydrogen water into the ground.SOLUTION: A water supply apparatus comprises a circulation line 10, a water supply part 50 for supplying water to the inside of the circulation line, a hydrogen gas supply part 40 for replenishing hydrogen gas to the inside of the circulation line, a circulation pump 30 for circulating hydrogen water existing inside the circulation line, and a hydrogen water discharge part 20 for discharging part of the hydrogen water existing inside the circulation line to the outside. In the circulation line located at the hydrogen water discharge part, an opening for discharging the part of the hydrogen water existing inside the circulation line. In the hydrogen water discharge part, a guide pipe having an inner diameter larger than the external diameter of the circulation line is disposed in the same axial direction as the circulation line.
