PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an image processing apparatus capable of accurately determining whether a tumor is benign or malignant without using a contrast medium.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprises a sequence control unit 50, a generation unit, and a discrimination unit. The sequence control unit 50 executes a sequence for non contrast-visualization of a blood flow in the breast of a subject plural times. The generation unit generates plural blood flow images in time series, on the basis of magnetic resonance data collected by the sequence.
