PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusal force detection device capable of outputting a wide range of highly accurate information about an occlusion analysis, and to provide an information processing device.SOLUTION: A sensor sheet 102 for detecting occlusal force which is more inexpensive and has higher resolution than in the conventional technology is achieved by providing an X-electrode sheet 204 and a Y-electrode sheet 203 provided with a plurality of electrode wires 202 on both faces of an organic piezoelectric film 201. An information processing device 104 performs integration operation processing in each intersection point to address information of each intersection point outputted by an occlusal force detection device having the sensor sheet 102 using an organic piezoelectric film 201, and raw data including data based on a signal showing a change in occlusal force, and creates data of the occlusal force.
