One aspect of the present disclosure can provide a brain lesion information provision device. The brain lesion information provision device may comprise: a magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) provision unit which provides an environment allowing the display of 3D time-of-flight (TOF) MRA by reflecting a user input； a brain lesion input unit which sets a brain lesion area, combines the set brain lesion area with the 3D TOF MRA, and thereby generates and manages a brain lesion image； a maximum intensity projection (MIP) conversion unit which constructs MIP image data including at least one image frame corresponding to the projection position of the brain lesion image； a noise removal unit which removes noise from brain lesion information in said at least one image frame included in the MIP image data and constructs corrected MIP image data reflecting the brain lesion information having the noise removed therefrom； and an MRA reconstruction unit which reconstructs a corrected brain lesion image by back-projecting the corrected MIP image data.La présente invention concerne, selon un aspect, un dispositif de fourniture d'informations sur une lésion cérébrale.
