The present invention is a device for three-dimensional foot motion control and foot pressure redistribution. When the human body, lower extremities are moving, the device is implanted to control the three-dimensional movements of the foot joints and redistribute the foot pressure. It will support the foot arch and adjust the abnormal pressure caused by the abnormal lower limb segmental alignment and movement of foot joints when contacts to the ground. The arch support structure of this device which includes a main body for supporting the foot of the medial longitudinal arch, transverse arch and lateral longitudinal arch. It also uses to control the joint movement in the middle and forefoot, reduce the plantar pressure in the forefoot region during walking. The main body structure provides at least one side extension from the arch support structure toward the rearfoot of the heel region. The extension of the main body will form a unit to control rearfoot valgus or varus angle, reinforce the heel pad shock absorption ability, provide rearfoot motion stability as well as peak plantar pressure reduction. On the arch support structure, a reinforcement is added to control either over pronation or under pronation midfoot motion.本發明係一種具足部三維運動控制及足壓分散之裝置,當人體在行進動作時用以控制足部關節三維運動及足壓分散,可支撐足弓,及調整足部各關節因著地時之運動及地面反作用力所造成的異常足壓。其包括一足弓支撐本體,用以支撐足部的內側縱弓、橫弓與外側縱弓。在行進時用以控制中、前足的關節運動,分散前足足壓。足弓支撐本體後端至少一側向相對應的後足足跟部延伸形成一後足運動調整部,用以調整後足內外翻角度,加強足跟軟組織的吸震度,提供後足著地運動的穩定度,進而降低足跟足壓。在足弓支撐部上另有一剛性加強部,用以加強控制不同型態的足部過度或不足旋前運動。
