PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stretchable elastic member that is superior in outward appearance and reduced in production cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stretchable elastic member is characterized as follows: first adhesives are applied in an inner surface of one side sheet at predetermined intervals and second adhesives are applied in an elongated resilient elastic member at predetermined intervals； a first non-application area is formed between a first application area applied with the first adhesives and the first application area adjacent to the first application area； a second non-application area is formed between a second application area applied with the second adhesives straddling a large number of first application areas and the second application area adjacent to the second application area； the elongated resilient elastic member is secured in an inner surface of one side sheet, and the other side sheet is secured from the outside of the elongated resilient elastic member； and the elongated resilient elastic member is cut by cutting means in the part where the first non-application area faces the second application area in a plan view.【課題】見栄えに優れ、製造コストを低減した伸縮弾性部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】一側のシートの内面に、所定の間隔を隔てて第１接着剤を塗布し、細長状弾性伸縮部材に、所定の間隔を隔てて第２接着剤を塗布し、第１接着剤を塗布した第１塗布領域と、第１塗布領域と隣接する第１塗布領域との間に第１非塗布領域を形成し、多数の第１塗布領域を跨る第２接着剤を塗布した第２塗布領域と、第２塗布領域と隣接する第２塗布領域との間に第２非塗布領域を形成し、一側のシートの内面に、細長状弾性伸縮部材と、細長状弾性伸縮部材の外側から他側のシートを固設し、平面視で第１非塗布領域と第２塗布領域が対向する部位において、細長状弾性伸縮部材を切断手段によって切断することにより解決される。【選択図】図１
