A surface modification inorganic particle for cosmetic, of which surface is coated with a lipid complex is provided to apply to a patient having dermatitis and correct a change of skin color caused by a disorder. A surface modification inorganic particle for cosmetic is manufactured by surface-coating by a lipid complex. The lipid complex comprises: a 5-20% by weight of pseudoceramide of a structure formula I (R1-COCHR2CONR3R4) or structure formula II (R1-CH(OH)CHR2CONR3R4)； 5-10% by weight of cholesterol, cholesteryl stearate, cholesteryl palmitate, cholesterol hydroxy stearate or soybeansterol； 20-40% by weight of palmitic acid or stearic acid fatty acid； and 30-50% by weight of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or behenyl alcohol. A method for manufacturing the surface modification inorganic particle for cosmetic comprises: a step of preparing the lipid complex for coating the cosmetic inorganic particle； a step of resolving the lipid complex in a solvent； a step of adding the cosmetic inorganic particle, stirring and spraying the resolved lipid complex at 40-80°C for coating； and a step of removing the solvent.본 발명은 화장료용 무기분체의 표면개질 기술에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 (i)유사세라마이드 5∼20중량%； (ii)콜레스테롤, 콜레스테릴스테아레이트, 콜레스테릴팔미테이트, 콜레스테롤하이드록시스테아레이트, 소이빈스테롤로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 콜레스테롤 또는 그 유도체 5∼10중량%； (iii)팔미틱애씨드, 스테아릭애씨드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 지방산 20∼40중량%； 및 (iv)세틸알코올, 스테아릴알코올, 베헤닐알코올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 알코올 30∼50중량%로 구성되는 지질복합체에 의해 표면 코팅되어 제조되는 화장료용 표면개질 무기분체가 제공되는바, 본 발명으로 얻어지는 표면개질 무기분체는 표면에 코팅되는 지질복합체로 인하여 피부장벽기능을 보조하므로, 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물은 피부질환자도 사용할 수 있음은 물론 질환으로 인해 외관이나 색상이 변형된 피부를 훌륭하게 보정해 줄 수 있는 효과를 나타낸다.
