PURPOSE: A penile implant using cohesive gel is provided to prevent the excessive expansion of the opposite side of the implant, and to prevent the breakage of the implant after using for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A penile implant using cohesive gel has a cylindrical shape with a length longer than 2cm, and includes a cut-out unit(21) surrounding the rear side of the penis which is close to the glans, and an implant body(2) with a round-unit(22) located on the cut portion, the front surface, and the rear surface of the cut-out unit. The lower side of the cut-out unit is cut to the longitudinal direction for easily expanding the inner diameter, and to prevent the pressure on the urethra.본 발명은 코헤시브 겔을 이용한 음경 보형물에 관한 것으로서, 음경에 삽입하여 원래보다 굵게 만드는 음경 보형물이 파손되었을 때에도 체내에 흡수되지 않고 압력에 의하여 쉽게 한쪽으로 밀리는 것을 방지하기 위하여 개발된 것으로；음경의 표피와 해면체 구조로 이루어진 음경체의 사이에 삽입되어 음경의 직경을 확장시키는 음경 보형물에 있어서；코헤시브 겔로 제작되어 적어도 2cm 이상의 길이를 가지는 원통의 형상으로 이루어지도록 하여 음경의 귀두와 인접한 후방을 감싸도록 하되, 하단이 길이 방향으로 절개되어 내경의 신축이 용이하도록 하고 오줌과 정액을 방출하는 요도를 가압하지 않도록 형성되는 절개부와, 상기 절개부의 절개된 면과 정면과 배면의 모서리가 라운드된 라운드부를 구비하는 보형물 본체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코헤시브 겔을 이용한 음경 보형물에 관한 것이다.
