The present invention refers to a synergistic composition with an enhanced analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect, which comprises a) at least a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and, b) at least an anti-inflammatory of the salicylate group. In addition, the invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least a core of delayed release and/or immediate release that contains at least a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or at least an anti-inflammatory of the salicylate group and at least two coatings of immediate and/or extended release that contain at least a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or at least an anti-inflammatory of the salicylate group.La presente invención se refiere a una combinación sinérgica con efecto analgésico, antiinflamatorio y antipirético potencializado que comprende a) al menos un antiinflamatorio no esteroideo y/o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y, b) al menos un antiinflamatorio del grupo de los salicilatos.
