Disclosed is a partial left ventriculectomy device, comprising a support frame (1) and a base (2) connected to the bottom (12) of the support frame (1). The support frame (1) is constituted of a plurality of support bars (10), with the proximal ends of the support bars (10) being close together to form the bottom (12) of the support frame (1), and the distal ends of the support bars (10) adaptively opening along the inner wall of the left ventricle (4) in the direction away from the cardiac apex (40). The device further comprises a secondary umbrella (3) in a space defined by the plurality of support bars (10). The secondary umbrella (3) is constituted of a plurality of secondary umbrella ribs (30), the secondary umbrella ribs (30) extending in the direction from a central end (32) to the cardiac apex (40), with terminal ends thereof being connected to the support bars (10). The surface of the support frame (1) is covered with a membrane. The plurality of secondary umbrella ribs (30) support the plurality of support bars (10) in the radial direction, so that the support frame (1) is adaptively attached to the inner wall of the left ventricle (4). The problems of the complex structure of the delivery system and the complex operating procedures in the prior art can be solved. The inventive device has good partial left ventriculectomy results, can improve the ventricular pump function, and has an improved occlusion effect, simple operation, and repeated positioning and withdrawing.
