PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle cap in which shifting of a component in rubber to medical solution at a liquid contact part can be blocked, and which can surely seal the medical solution and can be smoothly removed.SOLUTION: A nozzle cap 1 is provided which is a nozzle cap covering a nozzle of a medical prefilled syringe and is characterized in that: a film 8 is laminated on at least the inner surface of the nozzle cap 1 and a thickness of the film 8 of a liquid contact part 6 in the inner surface, having a possibility of contacting medical solution filled in the syringe is thicker than a thickness of the film 8 of a holding part 7 in the inner surface, contacting a nozzle outer circumferential surface.EFFECT: The nozzle cap for a prefilled syringe can be obtained which has little influence on medical solution in the inside and is excellent in sealing property.
