Provided is a method for forming an implant with an autonomous manufacturing device. The method includes accessing a first computer-readable reconstruction of a being's anatomy； accessing a second computer-readable reconstruction of an implant； accessing a third computer-readable reconstruction comprising the first computer-readable reconstruction superimposed with the second computer readable reconstruction； generating at least one computer-readable trace from a point cloud； and forming an implant with an autonomous manufacturing device, wherein the autonomous manufacturing device forms the implant into a shape defined by at least one dimension of the computer-readable trace.L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de former un implant à l'aide d'un dispositif de fabrication autonome. Le procédé consiste à accéder à une première reconstruction lisible par ordinateur d'une anatomie du patient ； à accéder à une deuxième reconstruction lisible par ordinateur d'un implant ； à accéder à une troisième reconstruction lisible par ordinateur comprenant la première reconstruction lisible par ordinateur superposée à la deuxième reconstruction lisible par ordinateur ； à générer au moins une trace lisible par ordinateur à partir d'un nuage de points ； et à former un implant à l'aide d'un dispositif de fabrication autonome, ledit dispositif de fabrication autonome formant l'implant en une forme définie par au moins une dimension de la trace lisible par ordinateur.
